TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS
Temperature controllers happen to be those devices that are used extensively for the maintenance of a specified temperature within a system. Temperature controllers maintain a set temperature by regulating the power supplied to a heating element. They receive input from temperature sensors and adjust the power supplied to heating elements to achieve and maintain the desired temperature. They use feedback from temperature sensors (like thermocouples or RTDs) to adjust the heating output. Temperature controllers are used in conjunction with thermocouples and are typically used to maintain the temperature of a system at a certain level.
