DATA LOGGER
Data loggers are electronic devices that are designed in such a way that they can be used to record & store temperature (and sometimes humidity) data over a specified, extended period. They are useful for continuous monitoring & recording of the temperature trends in various industrial processes, ensuring compliance with temperature-sensitive processes, and for regulatory purposes. Data loggers are used to store readings taken from thermocouples. The data can then be retrieved & analysed later.
