Mineral Insulated RTD’s

Mineral Insulated RTD'S:

Mineral Insulated RTD happens to be such a type of an RTD sensor wherein the sensing element is encased in a mineral insulating material, that is typically magnesium oxide in most cases. This design provides excellent protection, making it suitable for harsh environments. Mineral insulated RTDs are used in applications where durability & accuracy are paramount. So, we can say that these RTDs feature a sensing element encased in mineral insulation (often magnesium oxide), providing excellent protection, which makes them suitable for harsh environments.
